Just click the link for your copy 1408_BODCrecipesLemon Baked Chicken You will need 4 lemons, 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts, 2 Tbs butter, 1/2 c flour, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tsp salt. Directions : Squeeze 1/2 c juice from lemons, marinate chicken in juice and refrigerate, at least an hour and up to 12 hours. Heat oven to 350 and butter a roasting pan. Melt butter, then combine flour, salt and pepper. Roll chicken in flour mix and set in roasting pan. Drizzle with melted butter and cook in pre-heated oven until well browned, 50-55 min.
