So now that we have touched a little on Healthy Eating, and Portion Control and we fully understand how it  works when it comes to weight loss. As well as how important they are to your success,now that you have changed the way you eat. and your eating healthy well-balanced meals, as well as replacing non healthy snacks with healthy snacks you have now put your new healthy eating plan to work, and you have been focusing on your portion control. Your now ready to decide what kind of workout is right for you. There are a lot of different exercise programs out there. I don’t think you should have to spend a lot of money on some fancy program that you could do at home for free. But if you feel you want to purchase a good exercise program you could try signing up for some yoga classes, join a gym, or purchase an exercise program on cd that you can do at home, like zumba,belly dancing,or the but master they all offer you a full body workout. After you have combined a healthy eating plan,portion control, and regular exercise you will start seeing a different those unwanted pounds are gonna start to disappear.Just remember to keep it interesting and active. The more active the exercise is the better the workout. And the more fun you have with your workout means you are that much more likely to be consistent, and you will look forward to your workouts.   7. With havin so much content and articles do you ever run into any issues of plagorism or copyright violation? My blog has a lot of unique content I’ve either written myself or outsourced but it appears a lot of it is popping it up all over the internet without my agreement. Do you know any methods to help stop content from being stolen? I’d genuinely appreciate it.

    • I haven’t had any problems,But if you’r seeing you’r post on differant site’s it’s possible that other people are Reblogging you’r post.But if that is the case I beleive they have to say Reblogged from — There may be a way to protect you’r post but I’m not sure.
