Skinny Fiber

Skinny Fiber                                                                                                                                 Well the other day I was messing around on Facebook. I came across a post made by Brittany, who happens to live right here in the same town that I live. I see her here and there from time to time. Well Brittany has been using Skinny Fiber for about four to six weeks I think, and because she has had such good results as you can clearly see from her picture she now promotes Skinny Fiber. But that’s not all Brittany has also started her own Weight Loss  Group. So with her permission I thought  I needed to share this with everyone. So If you are looking for a good support Group to help guide you along your Weight Loss journey then I suggest you click on this link.  https://www.facebook.com/groups/325235564220272/                                                                                                                                                                     And If you’re looking for a good all natural supplement I strongly recommend   Skinny Fiber.                                                                                                                                                                                                               Skinny Fiber is a completely NATURAL supplement.                                                                                                                                                                            It is mainly made of 3 plant ingredients! NO stimulants to make you feel weird & jittery!!   The first week you take it, it will work on  getting your body ready to  lose weight, will boost your metabolism, and  clean your body of all the  bad toxins. After the first or second week, you will really start to  see & feel the results! Some people can  feel the difference within a day, and some it can take up to 2 or 3  weeks.                                                                                        What really will help  is taking pictures & measurements  before you started. I can make  side-by-side pictures for you, and you’ll  really see it!                                                                                                                                                               Each bottle has 120 capsules. You take 2  capsules, 2 times per day. For example if you’re about to eat breakfast or lunch, you take 2 of them with a big glass of water just 30-60  minutes before you eat. The water makes the capsule expand in your stomach so you eat less and feel full. Then 30-60 minutes before dinner you do the same thing.                                                                                                                                                         Skinny Fiber is $60 for one bottle, $120 for 2 bottles, and you get 1   free, and the best deal is $180 for 3 bottles, and you get 3 free. That  last one would make it $30/bottle OR $1/day. If you look at it this way   it’s amazing: if you get a candy bar and a can of pop every day you’re paying $2-3/day. With the Skinny Fiber you’re getting something  healthy and cheaper! The website to order is http://blparro.SkinnyFiber.com/

Weight Loss Success: Maritza Rivera Worked Out With A Personal Trainer And Lost 99 Pounds

I love posting success story’s,I believe then can be very Inspiracial giving others the strength they need to push harder knowing that they can succeed Here’s another great success story.                                                                                         Reblogged:Huffington Post

Name: Maritza Rivera Age: 36 Height: 5’3″ Before Weight: 253 pounds
How I Gained It: Weight has always been an issue. Being extremely overweight is not something new to me. All my life, I had serious issues with my weight. I was raised in a Hispanic, low-income family where we didn’t have much, but for some reason everyone in my family struggled with being overweight. We didn’t have the luxuries of eating out, getting fast food or splurging for candy, so I constantly ask myself, “How the heck did we all get so heavy?”

Growing up, I remember being served large portions of rice and beans and being told that I had to finish eating everything on my plate. Although growing up I was very athletic, my weight continued to increase. Around age 13 I knew that my weight could no longer be seen as “baby fat.” I dealt with the teasing and the name calling in stride; I took everything as a joke and I was very rebellious and headstrong. By high school, I weighed 200 pounds and started my first diet. I tried every crash diet available and lots of over-the-counter diet pills that supposedly curb one’s appetite. Yes, they did work, but I was unhealthy, sick for the majority of the time and unhappy. I became anemic. I started having heart palpitations because a lot of the products I was using were loaded with an unhealthy amount of caffeine. I did not have the energy to do anything. All I wanted to do was sleep.

One thing that these crash diets never mention is that once you stop using the product, you quickly gain the weight back, plus some. I did. I had never realized how heavy I really was, and no one really told me that I was gaining weight. Maybe I was just in denial. I enjoyed eating out, I partied a lot and I smoked cigarettes. I had borderline cholesterol problems, high blood pressure and I felt unhappy with myself.
Breaking Point: One day, I just woke up feeling so sluggish and unhappy that I decided enough was enough. First, I stopped smoking cold turkey. Next, I did the hardest thing imaginable for me: I weighed myself. I cried for days when I read the scale; I weighed 253 pounds. After a few days of crying and eating for comfort, I gathered myself together and mentally and emotionally shook myself out of the stupor I was in and decided I was not going to be like the typical person who quits smoking and gains a lot more weight. I was determined to be different!
How I Lost It: In 2009, I set a goal for myself — to lose 40 pounds by the end of year by eating healthy and exercising. I cut from my diet bread, rice, beans and red meat and became very conscious of the nutritional value of the foods I was eating. I decided to join a gym and exercised for 20 minutes, twice a week. I slowly increased my exercise routine to three to four times a week after a few months. I noticed a difference in my appearance and in my stamina. At the gym, I met great people who were very encouraging. By the end of the year, I weighed 204 pounds. My hard work was paying off!

For the next six months, I lost nothing. No matter what I did, what I ate and how much I exercised, I could not lose any more weight. But I didn’t let the fact that I was not losing any more weight deter me. I continued going to the gym religiously and joined cardio classes. I realized that in my goal to lose weight, I was actually enjoying exercising and my body was craving it. My determination to lose weight and get myself into shape was noticed by a personal trainer, Reno “The Body.” One day, he took me aside and spoke to me very honestly about my efforts. He congratulated me on my success but also pointed out that my body needed a change since I had plateaued in my weight-loss mission.

I knew that Reno would not let me get away with any nonsense, but at the same time he was understanding and patient. At first I was somewhat intimidated to have this very nice guy with quite a physique train me, because I felt inadequate. But I knew that if anyone could help me in my mission to lose weight and get into shape, it would be him.
Throughout my training with Reno, I kept thinking to myself, “What the hell did I get myself into?” But after surviving my first session, I realized that Reno was very understanding and patient, encouraging and, when it called for it, a little tough — just what I needed. By the summer of 2011, I was down to 184 pounds. I remember being so proud of myself because it was the first time that I was doing something for myself that made me feel great!
Enjoying the results of my weight loss and how my body was really toning, I decided to increase my training sessions with Reno to twice a week. He makes the training sessions challenging, helping me develop and tone my body, but at the same time really listening to my needs and the “problem areas” that I wanted to focus on. I also started drinking protein powder after my workouts to provide me with the nutrition that my body needs after a hard workout. By November 2011, I lost an additional 13 pounds and I was down to 171 pounds. Now, I can honestly say that I have so much energy and my body is really taking a different shape, one that I never experienced before that I look forward to continuing my experiences with training and in life.

Tips on Fast Weight Loss for Teenage Girls

 Reblogged: from Buzzle.com                                                                                                                              Water
You would be surprised to know that water actually aids in weight loss! Water is instrumental in removal of wastes and toxins from the body. It maintains the proper functioning of the liver, an organ which helps in converting fats into energy. Moreover, water acts as an appetite suppressant. If you drink a glass of water fifteen minutes before a meal, you would observe that your food intake goes down a bit. Looking at all these benefits, drinking two to three liters of water everyday is a must in diets for quick weight loss for teenage girls.

Balanced Diet
To achieve fast weight loss for teenage girls, taking a balanced diet is very important. Diets that work fast for teenage girls are those which supply the right amount of essential nutrients and vitamins to the body, including fiber, proteins, carbohydrates, calcium and iron.

  • Complex carbohydrates such as those found in oatmeal, cereals, brown rice, brown bread, beans and lentils, should be consumed everyday, especially at breakfast as they keep the body energetic throughout the day.
  • Proteins aid in building muscles. As a teenager’s body is still in the growing phase, protein-rich healthy foods, such as lean meats, fish, eggs, spinach and broccoli, are a must in the diet.
  • Fiber rich foods such as papayas, broccoli, prunes, apples, etc. aid in weight loss. These foods keep the body full for a long time and thus, a person’s overall food intake goes down. Another reason why teens aiming for weight loss should eat fiber rich foods is that they remove the wastes from the body, which would have otherwise accumulated as fats.
  • Fruits and vegetables should form a major part of a teen’s diet. They are rich in many vitamins and nutrients and the best part is that they have fewer calories. Easy weight loss for teenage girls can be achieved if two-thirds of the daily diet is made up of fruits and vegetables.

Foods to Give Up
There are certain foods that should be completely eliminated from the diet, such as, aerated drinks, fast foods, fried foods, high sugar foods like cakes and pastries, processed foods, high caffeine foods and beverages like chocolate, tea and coffee. To achieve quick weight loss for teenage girls, if you can not give them up, at least their intake should be limited to the minimal.

Exercise
For any weight loss plans for teenage girls to be successful, dietary changes should be combined with a regular exercise regimen. The exercise routine should comprise cardiovascular exercises such as swimming, running, walking, aerobics or dancing, weight training, resistance training and flexibility exercises. If you are really serious about your weight loss goals, preferably exercise under a professional trainer. He will be in a better position to make a customized exercise schedule for you depending upon your body shape.

Some Other Tips

  • Take five small meals rather than three big meals in a day.
  • Snack on nuts and fruits. Give up chips and cookies.
  • Do not skip the breakfast. Your breakfast should be the heaviest meal of the day.
  • Have dinner two to three hours before sleeping. Always take a light dinner. This will aid in better digestion.
  • As far as possible, stick to homemade food. Avoid eating out or eating packaged food.
  • Eat your food slowly. Chew it properly so that it gets digested easily.
  • Undertake stress management by doing meditation, yoga and breathing exercises. As teenage can be a very taxing and traumatic time, undertaking these stress management techniques will benefit both the mind and body of a teen.
  • Increase your physical activities. Walk, instead of driving. Take stairs instead of the elevator. Watch less TV. Help in household chores. By doing this, you will be burning a lot of calories, resulting in weight loss

If these tips on fast weight loss for teenage girls are followed religiously, a fitter, leaner and healthy body is one dream that is sure to come true for many. One last tip before I sign off – Teens should stay away from fad diets or cutting down on their food intake to lose weight. These are temporary, unhealthy solutions, which can prove to be detrimental to the body in the long run. Remember, when it comes to losing weight, taking a healthy, balanced diet and exercising everyday is the key!                                                                                                        Adolescence, Calorie, Dieting, dieting programs, Eating, Fitness, Health, Human nutrition, Loss Weight, Nutrition, Physical exercise, Portion Control, Portion control (dieting), Shopping, Support Groups, Top Weight loss, Weight, weight loss, Weight Loss Tips, weight tips

My Readers are important to me and I am here to provide them with Healthy ways to shed those unwanted pounds, whether it’s a little or a lot I want my readers to know THEY can be successful on their weight loss journey and stay Healthy in the process.Everyone struggles with their weight for different reasons.People in general can be very cruel and think that if a person is over weight,it’s becouce they eat to much or they are not active enough and that just isn’t true. For many people struggling with their weight there are medical problems involved that make it harder for them to lose weight, and there are also some that becouse of medical problems they gain weight no matter how little the eat. The important thing to remember no matter what the reason is for your weight loss struggles, is that You can do something about it. Remember when you were a child at some point your parents probaly told you ( you can do anything if you set you’r mind to it ) well it’s still true today! So if you’r struggling with a weight issue and you come across a john in you’r life Please don’t let his/her ignorence discurage you, just hold you’r head high, look the person in the eye, and kindly let that person know that you will pray for a cure for their ignorence and walk away. People like this John only add to the already difficult time many people are having with their weight loss efforts, but only if we allow them the power to do so. I think it time for a little lesson from our kids, what do I mean well I’ve noticed a lot more over weight kids taking on sports in school to help them lose weight I mean stuff like basket ball, track stuff like that while so many adults are backing down and allowing the Johns in their world this much control, these kids are standing up and taking that control back.I have a cousin who never comes out of her house unless she has to becouse she is afraid of what people would say about her.Number One Rule In Life ( NEVER LET ANYONE HAVE THAT KIND OF CONTROL OVER YOU ) it’s you’r life get out there and live it.

Teen Weight Issue

Ok today I would like to talk a bit about weight issues our teens are dealing with.Well there are several different issues with weight our youth has to deal with. First you have the teens that have always struggled with their weight, This could be for several reasons such as, being taught poor eating habits,or allowing them to eat what ever they want when ever they want. This  leads to over weight teens with low self-esteem,which causes deppression.comfort eating, and other health problems. Then you have the teens that no matter how thin they are they still feel they are over weight.Which leads to lack of eating, anorexic,or bullimia. This kind of weight issue is commonly caused by low self-esteem,depression, or the need to pease other with their appearance. In both cases these are serious problems, but now there is a whole different categories of teens that are struggling with weight issues in a very different way. These teens are under an overwhelming amounts of stress, which is commonly caused by problems at home,or problems with their peers.Which leads to lack of appetite, depression, nausea, and rapid weight loss. These are all very serious problems our children are dealing with and they don’t know what to do.That is why I feel it is very important to teach children how to take better care of themselfs.Such as having a healthy eating plan,as well as portion control. So they will have the tools they need to manage a healthy weight, and a healthy life style. And as for the stress we need to keep our children talking, that’s the only way you are going to know something is wrong, because our teens are so good at keeping things from us,if you are not paying close enough attention you will miss the signs. My daughter has been struggling with this for some time now,she lost like 12 pounds in less than two months. She hasn’t been able to eat without feeling sick, she didn’t want to talk about anything, very short-tempered. I had no idea so I took her to see a doctor to see why she loss so much weight, but they couldn’t find anything wrong.I knew she was having some problems at school but I didn.t realize how bad it had gotten.I was a parent that missed the signs. My daughter is doing much better health wise, and she feels comfortable talking to me about things she deals with now. I am very lucky because I got my daughter back, and I was so close to loosing her.So I guess the point i am trying to make is you have to keep your children talking, pay close attention to them, and if a time comes when they stop talking to you.TRY HARDER.                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Loss Weight, diet, Dieting, Weight Loss Tips, weight loss programs, dieting programs, Top Weight loss, Health, Portion Control, Food, Human nutrition, Eating, Nutrition, Physical exercise, Fitness, Programs, Calorie
